When will my item ship?

Preorders will ship as soon as manufacturing is complete.

How large of a pot can I use?

The Hanger 7 will work great with an 8 or 6 inch terra cotta.

How should I hang it?

We recommend using the easy twist self drilling anchors.  We've tested these in ceilings with up to 50 lbs and not had any issues.  Any hook that has an attached screw is suitable.

Why are there three rods?

We included various length rods so that you can optimize each hanger 7 to the ceiling height and location that you wish to utilize.

How much water will the basin hold?

The basin on the Hanger 7 will hold 3 cups of water.  While we recommend bottom watering for most plants you can also water from the top without worrying about it spilling over.
